Mini Primark Haul!!!

Recently I went to Primark, well actually it wasn't very recently, it was a few weeks ago and as you will below I brought quite a lot and I thought I would do a mini haul. Also if I have worn any of these items I will say if they are comfortable...what I wore them with and things like thatJ

The first item is these boat shoes which were £6!!!!!! I thought this was AMAZING value for money!! They are comfortable but the first time you wear them they may give you blister because I didn't wear socks so I would recommend wearing or taking some plaster out with you. I wore them with black skinnies and a denim shirt and I think look really cute! They also sold these in red and white which I did like but I didn't think I would be able to wear them with as much things.

The next pair of shoes were the only heels I brought but I thought they were really nice and summery. They are black and brown espadril type heels which I think are very flattering. The were £12 and I haven't actually worn them yet but I will be wearing them soon so I suppose I could do a mini review about if they were comfortable and what i wore the with...actually I will do an OOTD and review them then:)

The final pair of shoes that I got was some adorable sandals in why because in the summer I really dot like flip flop because they irritate me and I just thought these were really cute. They were £6 which again is pretty good price but also haven’t worn these because I got them a week when it was hot where I live and I thought I might be able to wear them with skinnes but it is horrible outside. We have had storms all week, rain...hail...thunder...lightening...wind...more rain...more rain...and even more rain NO JOKE!!

Next is the clothes I got which I think I am just going to do it all one tops and bottoms;
Mickey Mouse Vest £8                                                                               Scalloped Edge Crop £4
I like wearing a bandeau under this.     Navy and White Spotted Dress £10       I think this is amzing value s\jdzvhkjsveoifjwnvffbibjbvksdvibdjvkdkjvnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnvvvhdfor money an a great basic.

Navy and Pink Skirt £5
I love the button detailing.

Basic Spice Colour Vest                                                                      Cream Bat Wing Blouse £10
with Frill Detailing £3                                                                       The lace make it look very feminine.

Tips on Growing Your Hair

This is going to be a very long post but I wanted to make sure I gave you as much help as possible and that there was a variety of options that you could use.

Have a healthy life style
  • -          Start by having a healthily and balance diet. You may think that well I don’t want to lose weight I want my hair to grow but this will make your hair stronger

  • Eat protein every day. For example; lean meats, fish, nuts, beans, eggs or soy products.

  • Eat sufficient amounts of iron. Not having enough iron can lead to hair loss.

  • Eat vitamins. The recommended vitamins for hair growth is A, C, D, E and K.

  • Top 10 foods containing Vitamin A – liver; paprika, chilli powder and cayenne; sweet potatoes; carrots; dark leafy greens; butternut squash; dried herbs lettuce; dried apricots; cantaloupe.

  • Top 10 foods containing Vitamin C – green and red chilli peppers,; bell peppers; fresh herbs; dark leafy greens; broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts; kiwi fruits; papayas; oranges, clementines, and tangerines; strawberries.

  • Top 10 foods containing Vitamin D – cod liver oil; fish; fortified Cereals; oysters; caviar; tofu and soy milk; salami, ham and sausages; fortified dairy products; eggs; mushrooms.

  • Top 10 foods containing Vitamin E – Sunflower seeds; paprika and red chilli powder; almonds; pine nuts; peanuts; dried basil and oregano; dried apricots; pickled green olives; cooked spinach; cooked taro root.

  • Top 10 foods containing Vitamin K – dried and fresh herbs; dark leafy greens; spring onions; brussels sprouts; chilli powder, curry, paprika and cayenne; asparagus; cabbage; pickled cucumber; prunes.

  • And have a healthy mine and body. Exercise well and sleep enough and try not to get to stressed.

Limit damaging hair styling treatments

  • -          Avoid perming; crimping; chemically or mechanically straightening and curling; bleaching and repeatedly colouring hair. I know this is a bit had for a self confessed beauty addict but if you use a good heat defence spray this helps. I would recommend Phil Smith Be gorgeous hair care range called SOS Rescue iron straight spray; this protects your hair and keeps it straight all day. The back or the tin says, ‘This high-performance heat shield gives you poker-straight hair without the risk of damage. Finally, guilt-free straightening!’ and this is exactly what it does! Another that I would recommend for a cheaper price is, TRESemmé heat defence spray (it’s the red one), when I use this it really does feel like I am protecting my hair. It also keeps my hair straighter. Although I prefer the way the Phil Smith SOS Rescue spray, sprays it gets more coverage.
  • -          Do not use rubber band to tie your hair because these can snag the ends of the hair and cause it to break.

  • -          Do not brush or comb your hair more than twice a day.

  • -          Most people should not wash their hair more than 2 or 3 times per week. Over-washing can cause hair to lose moisture, leaving it prone to breakage and split ends

  • -          Consider applying coconut oil before or after washing to prevent hair damage, as research indicates it prevents protein loss in hair.

  • -          Wash with a helpful shampoo to remove build-up of styling products. Be sure to scrub the scalp as well to remove dead skin cells, dirt, excess oil, and styling product residue. Use lukewarm water to prevent over-drying hair and scalp skin cells.

  • -          Regularly trimming hair to remove split ends (at most every 10 to 12 weeks) can help prevent split hairs from travelling further up the strand, weakening the hair and making it prone to breakage. Trimming hair does not promote faster growth, but may help prevent hair damage that can lead to the appearance of slower or less healthy hair growth. I do this, infact I don’t even go to the hair dressers or get my professionally cut I cut it myself using some nail scissors. This mean you don’t damage your hair and you dint lose any length in your hair. This really works for me.

Sorry...

I will be doing less and less posts because at the moment I don't have a camera. I'm sorry but as soon as i get a camera I will be doing loads.
